Billable units

Quotas and prices are expressed in units. The rules below are the same ones our meter uses. When they change, the change is recorded in the changelog.

Monthly quotas by plan: Hobby 100 units (at most 20 a day), Starter 2,500, Growth 10,000, Custom by contract. Once they are used up you get 429 quota_exceeded. On Starter and Growth you can buy a top-up pack (Starter +2,500 units for €12, Growth +10,000 units for €39) or turn on overage (monthly billing only; Starter €8, Growth €5 per 1,000 units) with a euro ceiling. Bulk lookup (POST /v1/entities/lookup) and AJPES financials (including include=financials_latest) are available from the Starter plan; on Hobby they return 403 plan_upgrade_required and cost no units.

Examples

• Bulk lookup of ["19000006", "SI19000006", "12345679", "9000000000"]: 19000006 and SI19000006 are the same tax number (1 unit), 12345679 has an invalid checksum (0 units, the item carries an error), and the registration number is 1 more. 2 units in total.
• A search with three pages of results: 3 units. If the third page returns 409 cursor_expired: 2 units.
• GET /v1/entities/19000006?include=financials_latest for a d.o.o. with a published report: 2 units; for an s.p. (financials_latest: null): 1 unit.
• 20 characters typed into an autocomplete field with a 200 ms debounce usually trigger 3–5 requests: 0.75–1.25 units.

Units are rounded up to a whole number at the end of the billing period.

The API tester

Requests from the API tester in the dashboard run on real data but use no units and are never billed. They are limited to about 20 requests per minute per user and per organisation, and a bulk lookup in the tester to 10 IDs. The daily natural-person (s.p.) cap applies to them as well. There are no separate test keys any more: every secret key is billed by the rules above.
